5 glasses of water!

Today I start a game:  The Whole Life Challenge.  A group of us is working together.  Not quite sure how it is all going to work as I haven't done enough homework!  But I do know that I shall be expected to drink at least  5 half pint glasses of water each day!!  There are compliant and non compliant foods - basically no bread, cereal, sugar, fried foods...  a minimum of 10 minutes exercise, 10 minutes stretching and for the first week 10 minutes meditation each day!
