Up the tower

Today I spent the afternoon up the tower demonstrating bellringing and doing tower tours.  I realised it is nearly thirty years since I climbed up to the parapet at the top of the church.  The views over the village and the fen are great.  On a clear day you can see Boston stump ten miles away.  The view I have chosen is over  the manor, one of the oldest buildings in the village.
