If you can't beat them...

Harvest Time at Bunker Hill

In the morning I popped out to the Lodge to leave fresh milk for the guests arriving later in the day.  When I passed this field on the way out I was reminded I haven't done a harvest blip this year and soon "all will be safely gathered in".

On the skyline to the left you can just see the top of Bunker HIll farm.  Bunker Hill is one of three local follies built around 1789 by Charles Howard 11th Duke of Norfolk.  Now making a name for itself locally by being one of a new wave of farmers selling untreated milk directly from the farm.
