Learning day by day

The Violinist

Although he was hyper he had a good violin lesson and was rewarded with a sparkly sticker from his teacher and a chocolate baby cino from me. She, his teacher, is particularly pleased with the way he feels the music, something she says can't be taught.

We wandered home and changed to go out for Nanna's 75th birthday meal. Lovely food, kids were really well behaved, so much so the waitress commented on it.

Back home we face time my niece, who had been requesting to talk to Carys. C then had a bath, for about 90 minutes! She hasn't been feeling well, sounds like a sealion coughing and has an odd looking rash on her torso, but the bath helped. Will watch some Paralympics and then went to sleep really quickly.

Plan for tomorrow is now very fluid, it had been to parkrun, but with C and I both under the weather that doesn't seem like such a great idea.
