Pitaya blanca

I had quite a busy day, although I took this picture in the morning I couldn't post it until now... Better late... :-) right?
Well, I enjoyed this fruit a lot! I guess is because I have to wait a long time for one or two...since there is only one cactus in my garden that produces this fruit.
