A dragon day

Lovely, sunny and warm. At the lochans, in the hills and woods above the main loch, there were lots of Black Darters, mating, laying and feeding. Common Hawkers were flying around, but very high and strongly, only occasionally dropping to water level. Emerald damselflies were on the wing too.
