Koi & Boar

Luke loves his Koi so when they moved into the house in Cinderford he wanted to build a Koi tank and here it is.
He has done an amazing job of it and the few Koi he has obviously enjoy the space.
I've been removing lots of extra photos but today I've added 4 into this blip. 2 of the tank, one showing some Koi and one of Diesel (This is a blip of when we first met Diesel), He's certainly grown into a big boy!|

While we were in Cinderford I took Jonty and Foxy for a short walk and just yards from Johanna and Luke's house I came across quite extensive damage to the grass verges (another, 5th, extra) which the wild boar dig up looking for roots and other food. The forestry commision said they would keep the numbers down to around 400. It is estimated that  there are over 1700 in the Forest of Dean and they are causing havoc. Road accidents, attacking dogs and dog walkers, wrecking gardens in the manner of the extra of one of the verges but they get into private gardens, smashing down fences etc. The large male boar can weigh around 20 stone (127kg or 280lbs).
