Butterlowies, Knapweed, Rock Roses and Mondrian

Butterlowies - that's the local name for butterflies... no idea of that etymology... but the one in question is unique to this part of the world - the Northern, or Durham Argus. Favourite caterpillar food - rock roses, hence its preference for the mag lime geology. Understand I have never been lucky enough to see one in real life, despite my tendency to go wandering the clifftops.
Main pic is that printer's tray - looking a bit more colourful than last time you saw it. Colours inspired by the Lindisfarne Gospels. Other extra is a bit of splashy painted field of knapweed. So enjoyable after all that close tight Celtic knotwork.
Various things will be going into various slots in the tray.
Afraid it's beginning to look like a school project :-(
Oh well....
