Prosecco Time! Again!!

Vicars' Close, Wells

"Vicars' Close, in Wells, Somerset, is claimed to be the oldest purely residential street with original buildings surviving intact in Europe. John Julius Norwich calls it "that rarest of survivals, a planned street of the mid-14th century". Wikipedia

An early morning trip down to Street today, for a spot of outlet shopping, before stopping off in Wells for a wander and lunch, then home to say hello to the rellies who'd travelled up from Dorset and down from the Midlands, and to drink Prosecco! My cousin knows me so well!!
