Tower Square

Off to London we went, for a little weekend of culture. We took the tube over to Bethnal Green, since that was where our Travelodge was and had a rather unispired poke around the Museum of Childhood because that is there too. There was Bagpuss, at least, and some Clangers (and overpriced cake) so it wasn't a wasted visit. Afterwards we walked down to the river and ate our tea early at Zizzi's in Tower Square, since the power was out at the one in St. Katherine's Dock. Then we had an evening visit to the fabulous Georgia O'Keefe exhibition at the Tate.
