Logan Airport departure

We're back home after dropping Lasse & Maria off at Logan for their flight tonight to Sweden. We still have BB for a few more days. Thursday she's heading to Western Massachusetts and Freeport Maine to end her East Coast vacation with more friends before flying back to southern California. She and I hope to have lunch this week with some special friends from our counselor days at Camp Kiwanee in the early 70s. That's where we all met Lasse's sister Suzanne who is sadly no longer with us.

The house seems empty and we don't have the lilting Swedish accents around us, but we will all be together again soon. Kalle(now minus his beard), will be staying with us again before he heads home to Sweden after his summer adventures with the Draken. The viking ship is moored now in NYC  after sailing around the Statute of Liberty decked out in her new red silk sail. Next port, Mystic Seaport and a winter berth.
