Here there and everywhere

The rosebay willow herb flowers have formed seeds which blow all over the place in late summer, borne on the wind hither and thither, they were said to be the first plants to grow on the bomb sites of London. Their cheerful pink flower spikes must have brightened the city up in those drab times. You can see the little black seeds in this bundle of fluffy down.
