My Weak Core....

My weak core. My core is weak, your core is from your knees up to the bottom of your ribs, full 360 degrees.
My legs are getting stronger, my engine is better.
I ran 1.5 miles in 8.11.
Loads of hard work to do.
I need to strengthen my core now.....
