Golden stripy pants

With golden stripy pants,
She took this reverse stance. 
Sat atop a grass stalk,
And applied a touch of torque.

In a flash, she was gone.
Checked camera thereupon.
'Twas then that I spotted
She's stripy, not just dotted.

Can you tell I've been tutoring children and in need of a G&T?!

Also physio'd and bike ridden.  Calf survived a little more speed and balanced effort uphill.  It was a little tight when I arrived home but no pain.  After I massaged it and put on my compression legging, all seems well.  Feeling hopeful but desperately don't want to set it back. How much is too much?!
