Blurry Eyes for Bronze

I got up at 2.15am earlier this week to watch our hockey girls play reigning world and Olypic champs the Netherlands for a chance to play off for Gold.

Sadly, they lost a superb game in a penalty shoot-out :(

I'm not particulalry keen on hockey but these girls are playing fast-paced, exciting and incredibly skilful hockey which has had me transfixed.

So again tomorrow, I'll be up at 2.20am to watch them in their Bronze medal play-off. It'll be tough to watch as they're playing Great Britain who I obviously have a leaning towards too but I know I'll cheer the loudest when the Kiwi girls score.
