Callas Roofscape

It was great to have a lovely sunny morning when we'd been expecting a rainy day. The rain did come in for a while in the afternoon. We went to Callas to a moulin huile d'olive because we'd like to take some olive oil home with us. It was interesting to taste the different olive oils. We try to consume raw olive oil at home because of its health properties but I've never before tasted it on its own, it's usually tasted with bread dipped in it.

Anyway it was much more expensive here than it was at the place we went to buy the wine yesterday so we'll probably go back there.
