Rabbit on the verge

I walked up to collect some apples from C. and C.s and saw this rabbit on the roadside.  It did not move quickly.  That and its puffy eyes made me think it was sick.  I was not sure if it was an escaped tame rabbit or a wild one.  Anyway, I shooed it away from the road to give it a better chance.
