Red sandstone

These rocks at Maryport are formed into amazing shapes by the action of the sea. There is plenty to explore and very little risk if you are a Cocker Spaniel! The extra shows the converging lines with the sea wall/promenade. It's quite a long stretch which is a surprise for a place as small as Mary port.
