Pastel Painting

What a cloudy, dull, cold day we have had here! I went to pastel painting at the Art Gallery this morning. I have been working on a painting of a view towards Nelson from the beach at Kaiteriteri. I have used a photo I captured of an early morning scene a couple of years ago. It just needs some more tweaking before it is ready to be framed. One of our offspring may lay claim to it. Kaiteriteri is a very special place for our family.
