irish stew

Had some guests staying who wanted an Irish meal. Had some oatcakes with smoked salmon to start, followed by Irish stew :)

They had a class wee dog with them who was lovely with Coquine to begin with and then turned a bit nasty! She was stopping her coming out onto the terrace (where her owners were) and making Coquine stay in the kitchen. Poor Coquine didn't resist and ended up relegated to the indoors! Tried to add a photo of her in my extra photos but it won't work!
