Chiavenna

We drove up to Chiavenna today in the foothills of the Alps on the way to St Moritz.

We discovered that being a Saturday, and with nice weather there was a lot of traffic, especially on the way home.

Chiavenna was very busy, as well as the market we saw two weddings in the town hall.

We had a nice lunch at a bar just adjacent to the main square. As is often the case lunch was followed by an ice cream!
