Ethereal Aberdour

Aberdour beach was packed today but when we arrived there at lunchtime, something happened to the light and the sea which had me utterly transfixed.

The tide was at that peaceful stage just before it turns, where, if you're lucky, you get that millpond quality which lends itself to images wonderfully well. Reflecting the light in such a way that it seems to emanate from the water itself.

Worth seeing this LARGE.
