All Aboard!

We went over to see some friends first thing today to quickly drop off a birthday present and have coffee. We ended up there until 2pm. We made box forts, a box train, watched a couple of Thomas movies and had homemade burgers. The kids had a ball playing and all were crashing soon after lunch.

Elliott has had a super happy day today. He has smiled, laughed and talked all day. At dinner he was particularly vocal. Every time I put his spoon down so I could eat my tea he'd tell me off and ask for more food. He had his first water out of a sippy cup at dinner and he just couldn't get enough of it. I'm now considering sitting him up at the table to give him milk out of it to see if that works.
