Hallowe'en in August

It was "Hallowe'en in August" day today at the camp where Ch is a camper and Th, a counsellor. Pistache had to get in on the picture too, with a '50s diner waitress and a cow girl.

I have a quiet house tonight as the girls are off watching the Toronto Blue Jays play the New York Yankees this evening with J and their grandparents.

The most important news of the day is that my niece and her partner had a beautiful baby girl this afternoon, weighing 7lbs, 3oz. It's nice to have a new little one in the family. (Though I can't quite get my head around the fact that this makes me a great aunt!)
