Impromptu blipmeet

Munroist4113 and I have been virtual friends for a good while now but have never met in real life till now. Imagine my surprise and delight when I spotted her on the plane from Manchester to Catania.
Also surprising but somewhat less delightful was the awful weather. Downpours and streets running like rivers.
We ventured into Syracuse which is lovely but felt at one point that we wouldn't find our way back to the hotel. We did and this morning the sun is shining!
