Bake off Jaffa Cakes

These are a little tricky! The thin layer of jelly works ok if you set it on some cling film. The cakes came out really small I think my oven was a bit too hot.
Ever tried spreading hot chocolate on set jelly? It melts! And then trying to mark the surface with the times of a fork? The chocolate pulls off the jelly. We found that the edge of a skewer was the way to do that.
Tasted great though!
