The wheels weren't ........

.....turning this (last) evening as I couldn't post because Blip had a blip!  Here is my shot for Sunday even though it's a little late.  These hang on a wall that I passed when going on a walk with my brother this (yesterday) afternoon!  He tells (told) me that they were some sort of railway wheel!
