Raphaelesque Head Exploding

Although it should be "Tête Raphaëlesque éclatée"which is odd because that's French and Salvador Dali wasn't.

I love this painting (if you live in or visit Edinburgh you can see it here).  And I really like that I now have a framed print of this in my office at home.

It's an appropriate image for my first Monday back at work after 2 weeks of sleeping in until 8:30.  Getting up in the dark is no fun whatsoever and to think that this will continue until the end of April is not so funny.

But work was work - a bit of E-Mail catch-up, a bit of problem solving and a bit of head-scratching and suddenly it was time to head home.

And at home I heard how the vet recommended only letting Moot out if he's wearing the cat equivalent of a wetsuit.  All survivors of getting a cat to wear a wetsuit are welcome to give me advice on how NOT to do this.  I susecpt the majority of advice would be along the lines of "I type this with my last remaining half-finger - just don't".

And after hearing how G's day really wasn't great at all, I think we need a bit of a distraction.  And given that today is the European Day Of Languages how about a language quiz?  Googling is cheating.  I did the test in German and G did the test in Englisch.  She won by miles but she is dead clever.  If you want to take the test in German then try here.

There are 52 questions and you get two chances at each question - 10 points if you get it on your first answer, 5 on your second.

315 to beat me. And I'm sure you all will.  Or maybe your head will feel like my Blip.
