My beloved Oslo - Change of directions

New sculpture in Oslo, made by the Swedish artist Maria Miesenberger (b. 1965). It's 11 m high and is called Change of directions. She  works with sculptures and photography. She is known for her air-brushed family photos in black and white.
Her sculptures explore characters the seem to be caught in a the beginning of a motion with an uncertain outcome.

It's not a permanent installation, and I will be sorry to see it leave our city in the end of September.

Wish you a happy week!
