Barcelona By Bus

We arrived in Barcelona last night to find the city in full celebration mode. The La Mercé party was in full swing, cutting off taxi access to our lodging for the evening. The driver tried to be helpful by pointing us in the right direction, but I don't think we would have found the place without phone GPS. This morning we awoke looking to explore the city and decided to do something we had never done before, take a hop on, hop off city bus tour. What a great way to see such a huge city! We managed to view most of the famous sites, some from the top deck of the bus, others on foot, and get a real feel for the many different areas of this sprawling city. With all those well known sights downloaded onto my computer, it was this simple cloud formation over the Sants Train Station that ended up being my favorite.
