A series of 7 races with each race being hosted by a running club in East London.
After race 7 I am pleased to say that Ilford AC won both the men and womens trophies...with absolutely no help at all from myself.
I am a VERY average runner, but enjoy competing.
This is a team photo taken after the race. If I look a bit flustered (I'm No 234 in the front) it's because I set the camera on a 10 second countdown and rushed to get into the shot!
