The Forth Bridge

We went to South Queensferry and then walked over the Forth Road Bridge to look at progress on the third Forth Crossing (officially known as the Queensferry Crossing). It’s doing away with just a few more bits to slot in. We then went into North Queensferry for afternoon tea and took this blip on the way back to the Road Bridge. Apparently there are 6,500,000 rivets in its construction. Whatever, it’s very elegant.
