On your marks

Today I took part in a 'Women's Run' in Köln, only 5k but in 24C that was plenty.
This was taken as we were queued up ready for the start, with so many taking part (I was number 5212) it was very slow going in places, which was a good thing as I'm used to my running partner of Logan (who likes to stop and sniff and pee as dogs do) and today I ran with Sing who is much, much younger than me & she doesn't stop to sniff or pee.
