Concussion Survey

My picture is taken at the chancellor high school athletic forms. The concussion form is a 5 question assignment to include health and safety for athletes and students. This survey is related to Biological Psychology. The concussion form gives questions related to if you recently had or have had a concussion. A concussion is a Brain injury that often occurs when he/she gets hit in the head or is violently shaken. This brain injury will affect the person’s human behavior and likely cause him/her to get dizziness, headaches, and memory loss. A concussion is related to Biological psychology because it is related to the brain and it can cause changes to the brain.
