Four seasons in one day.

We had to babysit for little Lucie in Ambleside this morning, only for an hour or so. She was cute and beamed at everybody, such a joy!
Then we decided to walk up Black Fell. It was beautiful at the top with little crooked stone walls and lots of bracken, but it was so windy, and blew hail in our faces. It felt like little sharp needles. We soon got down out of the wind and it was really warm in the sun, in between downpours. Another small Wainwright completed.
This was taken at a viewpoint fairly near the top.
