Red Velvet Mite

My usual bus wasn't running today because of a strike and I had to cycle to work for a second time this week. When I stopped to look for a blip on the way home after my shift, I found this tiny creature, which is called a Red Velvet Mite. I'd hoped to get some better photos than this shot or the one posted as extra, but they're the best I could manage  with the wind and the poor light we were having.
