Elephant Day!

When I picked Moira up from school today, she told me it was Elephant Day.  This was a news flash for me!  Since we didn't have time to visit the elephants at the zoo, we did the next best thing.  I printed off some pictures of Elephants that we had fun coloring.  Then we watched the wonderful movie  "Horton Hears a Who".  I posed Moira in front of a scene from the movie, holding two of her Elephant picture.  For dinner I served Elephant Trees (Broccoli), Elephant pasta, and Elephant cookies for dessert.  Elephant Day was a success!
