Flying male black meadow hawk/darter in the garden

This dragonfly is the smallest dragonfly we have in Norway, just 30 mm (1,2 inch). It become darker and darker with age.  It's most active late summer and in the autumn.  One of the wings is broken but it looked like it didn't affect the ability to fly.
