THIS TEACHER IS 85 YEARS OLD AND HE IS LIKE A MASTER. ELEGANT MOVEMENTS, FOCUSED, BREATHING, SHIFTING YOUR FOOT FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER, MOVE FROM THE HIPS, USE THE SPINE, ALL IN ONE FLOW...IT HAS TREMENDOUS HEALTH BENEFITS. 
WE JUST STARTED THIS GROUP A MONTH AGO, AND OUR BEGINNERS GROUP DID ALREADY A DEMONSTRATION TO THE ADVANCED STUDENTS. WE START OUT IN A LARGE GROUP AND THEN BREAK INTO SMALLER GROUPS. FOR ME: IT WORKS!
