Fairy candles

One of our favourite perennials in the garden: Actaea racemosa, Fairy Candles or Black Cohosh.

Sunny and summery weather - temperature about +20°C. 37 mm of rain had been falling since Sunday. We spent most of the day scraping and painting the allotment cottage.
