Put Your Feet Up.......

Not mine but number three's. I should have blipped Little B who is looking very handsome and rather sprightly. He went for his first visit to the Dog Groomer this afternoon for his first hair cut. I wasn't sure if his particular breed ever needs a cut but I must say that he'd become very fluffy and so decided to give it a try. I can't say that he enjoyed it but his behaviour was exemplary and although by the time the shower came along his eyes were rolling with alarm, he didn't do anything more than scrabble a bit desperately to try to evade the water stream! He didn't bite or bark during the whole experience. Whether this was shock I couldn't say ;) The final product applied was some kind of perfumed tonic which was quite overpowering but has worn off now and so he's smelling really, really nice. He looks just like he did when we first got him as a tiny puppy and I can't believe how skinny his body is underneath all that fluff. As the Groomer's house is just a two minute walk from the park he was soon able to frolic in the park on the way home and was suitably comatose for the rest of the afternoon :)
