Blue (or Splendid) wrens

We went to friends' to watch the Aussie Rules Grand final today. They have their "other house" not far from ours. However, they have these glorious wrens in abundance! 
There was an extremely heavy hail storm after the game and when it had passed, and when it was so, so cold, these beauties emerged. I will add Mrs Splendid Wren as an extra. She is as pretty as he is handsome in my opinion.
Great result in the footy with the underdogs achieving their first Premiership win in 60 years! Well done Doggies :)
