The eyes have it

Another late night blip after a busy day. In this case the subject just sauntered through the back gate. I can't ever recall having noticed a hedgehog's eyes before (see enlarged version for best view) but the picture definitely shows up the animal keeping a wary eye open.

And supper is just there to the left of the picture (slug and dead wasp).
