Inside an abandoned building

Today we took a boat to the other margin of river Tejo, to have lunch at Porto Brandão.

This tiny village must have had some importance in the past, but it seems to me that it's mostly abandoned now, kept alive only by it's moderately famous three or four seafood restaurants. The one we went to was a good choice. The sea-food and fish rice was ok, the sangria was fresh and the waiters were friendly.

The boat ride to and from was very nice. It was a beautiful sunny day, so we had great views of the river, Lisbon and the bridge.

After returning to the city, off we went for comics shopping, ice-cream eating, strolling around and pre-dinner (cool) liquor drinking.

All in all, a marvelous day, just Marta, R and me.
