On Reflection

This sculpture, erected on The Rath in Milford Haven, commemorates the lives of four people who were killed in an explosion at a nearby oil refinery.  
If you look closely you can see Milford Haven Waterway clearly reflected on this lovely sunny day.    I thought it a very impressive memorial.
