Metaphysics

Beautiful weather - much too good to stay indoors all day, so after several hours of not much, I went walkabout on the plateau and was joined by three of the feral campus kitties that hang out there.   All four of us interrupted our stroll to sit a while in the sunshine - staring at the wonderful blue of the Bosphorus for fully twenty minutes - so long in fact that I couldn't help wondering what Kipper (pictured) was thinking about.  I've often considered him to be a bit of a philosopher, a regular Voltaire.
