Bee Nests

Started the day with a coffee morning at the village hall. Always a pleasure when I'm not on duty in the kitchen. Excellent choice of cakes but a bit of training needed on the coffee making.
Found these bees late in the afternoon snuggling down in the flowers. I thought they were dead at first but there was definitely some movement.
