Mono Monday: Roots

I managed to get a few shots of trees with rather magnificent roots on the walk this morning but they lacked something!!

No walk after work as it was raining...again!

I was getting desperate by tea time and then suddenly it all came together! ;o).

The hippo was just sitting around doing nothing and the baby carrots were for tea and when the hippo decided to chomp on them I grabbed the camera! :o)
