Dripping with dewdrops

A beautiful autumn morning but without the mist today.  At this time of year I do my housework in the afternoon and try to walk in the morning when the weather is fine.  I don't mind doing the washing or hoovering in the afternoon because the sun has usually gone by the middle of the afternoon.

Pollok was an oasis of tranquility this morning after yesterday's crowds of half marathon runners had pounded their way through the park.  Even the Highland Cattle were content to lie in the sunshine and chew the cud.

There are still plenty of flowers around many of the more fragile ones bent over with the dew.
