Mono Monday

A lovely day, cold first thing but bright and sunny for the rest.  Went for a walk  with the U3A this morning, shopping and round to see/feed a friends cat later.  Took this blip first thing this morning, just liked the shadows!  At a push I suppose it could fit the challenge of "roots", as I think the shadows look like hearts and the heart is at the root of the things I do, choices I make.  Extra was taken when I was sitting down at the side of a bank trying to get some shots of dragonflies and one landed on my knee, this is the best of 3 shots I managed to get.
